Quartz primer Primer Exwall 5 kg

Primer Exwall is a white quartz primer used as a base coat
before applying decorative paints and plasters. It is suitable for
both interior and exterior work. The primer can be tinted to the
desired color using water-soluble colorants.
Description
Quartz Primer Exwall ensures a more economical and even
application of finishing coatings on a polymer or mineral basis.
It is recommended for Satin DeLux (wet silk) and Cupaj DeLux
(flock paint). Quartz Primer Exwall has good hiding power and
adhesion. It can be applied to any surfaces made of concrete,
cement-lime, cement-sand plasters, gypsum surfaces, brick,
and drywall.
Surface Preparation

The surface to be treated must be cleaned of dirt, dust, salts,
mold, etc. It is recommended to pre-prime the surface with a
deep penetration acrylic primer before applying Primer Exwall.
Before use, Primer Exwall should be thoroughly mixed. It can be
diluted with water up to a maximum of 3%.
Application Method
Apply using a roller or brush at temperatures between 10 and
30°C. For best results, Primer Exwall is recommended to be
applied in 2 layers with an interval between layers of 4-6 hours.
The full drying time is 24 hours. After application, tools should
be washed with water.
Consumption 100-250 g/m² depending on the absorption of
the substrate.
