Order payment
Payment for the order on the site Stena.md is made in lei. You can choose one of several payment methods that suits you best:
cash payment in our store,
cash payment upon receipt at your address,
payment by bank transfer (no additional fees).
Purchase for cash
If you pay in cash, we will contact you to confirm the order and specify when it will be delivered or when you can pick it up from our store. You will need to transfer money for the goods directly to the courier after you make sure that your order is all right or the seller in the store.
Purchase for non-cash payment
If you are going to pay an order from a settlement account of a legal entity, we will send an invoice to your email for payment. It can be printed out and paid on it at the bank. The order is delivered upon the arrival of money to the bank on the same or the next day, or you can pick it up from our store. The invoice is valid for 3 banking days.
Goods delivery
Delivery in Chisinau, issued before 12 o’clock is delivered on the same day, if later – on the next. Orders processed on weekends will be delivered on Monday.
Deliveries in the Republic are made within 1-3 business days.
Cost of delivery
Delivery of orders within Chisinau is carried out at a price of 100 lei for orders less than 1000 lei. For orders above 1000 lei, delivery is free.. Large orders are delivered to the client’s entrance.
The cost of delivery in the Republic is calculated individually, depending on the dimensions and weight of your order. Final cost of delivery specify.
